The Wild Bunch
The Wild Bunch is a wine fair that celebrates the dynamic world of “natural” wine and cider. The fair showcases 70+ wineries, cideries and importers from around the world that embrace organic, biodynamic, and regenerative farming, minimal interventions in the cellar, and an overall commitment to letting fruit be fruit without losing its sense of place and deliciousness. tickets available on the wild bunch website.

Can’t swing to trip to Northern Spain this spring? Then do the next best thing and enjoy our oregon natural cider the way Basques do with Txotx! Txotx (pronounced CHO-ch) is the annual tradition of catching glasses of high velocity cider right from the tank. Just like in San Sebastian we will have long tables full of old friends and new, our wood fired grill roaring, and maybe, just maybe a little bit of beef.
New this year, the ticket is all inclusive and gets you cider from the tanks along with a generous family style meal of giant dry aged ribeyes, Whole MacFarland Springs trout off the grill, hearty braised white beans and our (in)famous charred cabbage salad. Don’t forget the best bread in Portland from Cafe Olli. Gratuity included!
